A progressive 8 week programme to help you build up confidence being upside down, work on upper body and core strength to allow you to support your body in a handstand, build a stable handstand away from a wall and learn how to kick up into a held handstand.

This programme also includes flexibility drills that centre around the hips and shoulders to help you reach your best handstand shape.
